Getting your property live on Ddriftt is a straightforward process. You connect your existing property management system, provide the details that curators and travelers need to fall in love with your property, and Ddriftt handles syncing availability and pricing automatically. From first contact to live listing, the Ddriftt onboarding team guides you at every step.

Prerequisites

Before you apply to list on Ddriftt, make sure you meet the following requirements:
  • You are the owner or an authorised manager of the property you want to list
  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You agree to Ddriftt’s Terms of Service
  • You have access to a supported property management system (PMS) that Ddriftt can connect to via API

Step-by-Step Listing Process

Request access

Submit your application at ddriftt.com/hotelier_join or email hoteliers@ddriftt.com directly. The onboarding team will review your property and get back to you to confirm eligibility and next steps.

Connect your PMS

Once accepted, Ddriftt’s integration team will guide you through connecting your property management system via API. No migration is required — your existing PMS remains your source of truth for availability, pricing, and reservations.

Provide your property details

Supply the core information needed to create your listing: property name, location, description, room types and capacities, photos, amenities, and nightly rates. Most of this is pulled automatically from your PMS once connected.

Review your listing

Before going live, you’ll have the opportunity to review exactly how your property appears to curators and travelers on Ddriftt — including your description, room details, rates, and photos.

Go live

Once you approve your listing, your property enters the Ddriftt catalogue. Curators can discover it, add it to their staylists, and start driving bookings to you.

How Ddriftt Pulls Your Data

Ddriftt connects to your PMS via API to retrieve only the information needed to present your property and facilitate bookings. This includes photos, amenities, descriptions, pricing, and availability. Ddriftt does not access or store data unrelated to the booking process — previous reservations, your full customer database, and payment information outside of booking context are not touched.
Once your PMS is connected, Ddriftt syncs the following automatically:
  • Availability — your live calendar from your PMS, updated in real time
  • Pricing — nightly rates as set in your PMS, displayed to travelers as “starting at” pricing
  • Property content — descriptions, photos, amenities, and room details
You update everything in your PMS as normal. Ddriftt reflects those changes automatically — no duplicate data entry required.

When curators and travelers view your listing, they see:
  • Your property description and full photo gallery
  • Room and suite options, with individual descriptions and maximum guest capacities
  • Nightly rates (displayed as “starting at” for the selected dates)
  • Live availability for their requested dates
  • Which curators have featured your property in their staylists, with clear attribution

The property page features a narrative description of the estate, restored under the guidance of architect Manuel Aires Mateus, alongside a gallery of the interiors and grounds. Under Rooms & Suites, travelers find a single exclusive-use offering: the full house for up to 8 guests across 4 spacious suites, with heated clay-tile floors, marble kitchen, and a 400m² pool. The listing shows availability from €900 per night and notes that 2 curators have already featured it in their staylists — giving travelers an immediate signal of editorial credibility.
