Your rates and your availability are yours to control, always. Curators on Ddriftt are tastemakers and storytellers — their role is to recommend your property to their audiences, not to negotiate prices or hold inventory. Every nightly rate travelers see on Ddriftt is the rate you’ve set in your PMS. Every date that’s available or blocked reflects your own calendar. No one else can change either.
You Control Your Rates
Ddriftt reads your nightly rates directly from your PMS via API. Whatever you’ve configured in your property management system is what appears on your Ddriftt listing. Curators have no ability to modify pricing — they feature your property at the rate you set, and that’s the rate travelers pay.
Curators cannot modify your pricing or block inventory on Ddriftt. They can only recommend your property to their audiences. All rate and availability decisions rest entirely with you, managed through your PMS as normal.
You Control Availability
Your PMS availability calendar is the single source of truth for what’s bookable on Ddriftt. When a date is open in your PMS, it’s available on Ddriftt. When you close a date — for maintenance, a private booking, or any other reason — it becomes unavailable on Ddriftt immediately.
There are no room blocks required to list on Ddriftt. You don’t commit inventory in advance or guarantee allocation to the platform. You simply list, and travelers can book the rooms you already have open.
How Pricing Appears to Travelers
Travelers browsing your property on Ddriftt see a “starting at” nightly rate on the listing card and in search results. When they open your full property page and select dates, they see the exact rate for their stay and room type, pulled live from your PMS.
This means the price a traveler sees when they land on your listing is always current and always accurate — no outdated rate cards, no manual updates required on the Ddriftt side.
Updating Rates and Availability
To update your rates or availability on Ddriftt, you don’t log in to the Ddriftt dashboard. You make your changes in your PMS exactly as you normally would, and Ddriftt syncs those changes automatically via the API connection.
Keep your PMS availability calendar up to date at all times. Because Ddriftt reads live from your PMS, any lag in closing unavailable dates or updating sold-out room types could result in travelers attempting to book inventory that isn’t actually available. A well-maintained PMS calendar means a seamless booking experience for your guests.
Seasonal Pricing and Special Rates
Seasonal rates, weekend premiums, holiday pricing, long-stay discounts, and any other rate structures you manage in your PMS all flow through to Ddriftt automatically. There’s no need to replicate your pricing logic on the Ddriftt side — your PMS handles it, Ddriftt reflects it.
If your PMS supports yield management or revenue management integrations, those continue to work as normal. Ddriftt simply reads whatever rate your system surfaces for a given date and room type.
