Account types
After you create your account, your experience on Ddriftt depends on how you intend to use the platform. Here is what each account type gives you access to.
Traveler
Curator
Hotelier
A Traveler account is the default for anyone who signs up at ddriftt.com/signup. You do not need to apply or be approved — you can start exploring immediately. What you get:
- Browse all published staylists from Ddriftt’s curators
- Search and filter properties by destination, style, and availability
- Save favorite properties and staylists for later
- Book stays directly on Ddriftt without being redirected to an OTA
- Access your booking history and upcoming reservations from your account dashboard
Follow curators whose taste matches yours to build a personalized feed of staylists and new property recommendations.
A Curator account lets you build staylists, publish your own storefront, and earn commission on every booking your audience makes. Curator accounts are open to travel blogs, newsletters, publishers, social creators, and anyone with an engaged travel audience. What you get:
- A public curator storefront at
ddriftt.com/[yourhandle]
- Tools to create, organize, and publish staylists
- Access to Ddriftt’s full property catalog to add to your staylists
- A dashboard showing booking performance, earnings, and attribution by property
- Automatic commission payouts within 48 hours of each guest’s check-in — no invoicing required
- A shareable booking link you can embed in your newsletter, website, Instagram bio, or any other channel
To apply as a curator, visit ddriftt.com/curator_join or email curators@ddriftt.com after creating your account. A Hotelier account gives your boutique property a listing on Ddriftt and places it in front of curators who can feature it in their staylists. Hotelier onboarding includes a PMS integration setup so bookings flow directly into your existing reservation system. What you get:
- A property listing page with photos, descriptions, amenities, and pricing pulled from your PMS
- Distribution through Ddriftt’s curator network — curators can add your property to their staylists at any time
- Full ownership of the guest relationship and guest data
- A performance dashboard showing bookings, revenue, curator attribution, and guest behavior
- Automated payout reconciliation — no manual invoicing between you and Ddriftt
To list your property, visit ddriftt.com/hotelier_join or email hoteliers@ddriftt.com.Hoteliers go through a separate onboarding flow that includes a PMS integration step and a demo with the Ddriftt team. Signing up at ddriftt.com/signup creates your account, but you will need to complete the dedicated hotelier onboarding before your property goes live.
Switching or upgrading your account type
Your initial Ddriftt account works for all three roles over time. If you sign up as a traveler and later want to apply as a curator, you use the same account — there is no need to create a separate login. Contact curators@ddriftt.com to start the curator onboarding process, or hoteliers@ddriftt.com to begin hotelier onboarding.
Curator and hotelier features are not automatically available after sign-up — both require a brief onboarding review. Traveler features, including browsing and booking, are available immediately to all accounts.
Logging back in
Once your account exists, return to ddriftt.com/signin to log in at any time. Use the same method you chose at sign-up — email/password or Google — to access your account. If you signed up with Google, logging in with a different method will create a separate account, so use the same option each time.
