# Connect Your Mews Account to Ddriftt in Minutes

> Connect your Mews PMS to Ddriftt with your Mews Access Token so properties, availability, and reservations stay in sync.

This guide walks property owners through connecting a Mews account to Ddriftt so properties, availability, and bookings stay in sync.

## What gets connected

After a successful connection, Ddriftt will:

## Troubleshooting

| Problem | What to try |
| -------------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| "Invalid access token" / connection rejected | Confirm you copied the full token from the Ddriftt subscription in Mews (not another integration). Reveal the unmasked token as an Admin user with 2FA. |
| Token already in use | That Access Token is already linked to another Ddriftt owner account. Disconnect it there, or use the correct owner account. |
| No properties imported | Confirm Mews has active, bookable lodging services and room categories. Then use **Refresh** on the connection. |
| Wrong number of properties / listings | You may have selected the wrong mapping option. Mapping cannot be changed after connect. Disconnect and contact Ddriftt support before reconnecting. |
| Pricing or booking fails | Ensure Mews has an active, public/default rate for the relevant service and categories. |

## Tips for a smooth go-live

* Keep bookable room categories and public rates configured in Mews before connecting.
* Only lodging categories (rooms, suites, villas, and similar) are imported. Meeting rooms, parking spaces, and similar non-lodging categories are skipped.
* After connecting, place a test booking (or use staging guidance from Ddriftt) to confirm availability, pricing, and reservation creation in Mews.
* Do not share your Access Token outside your team. Rotate/reconnect if it may have been exposed.
